To each their own

Just a note that I will be using this more often now, x-posting here and at LJ seeing as they are being retard again.

They want 175 dollars for a permanent account there and they will donate 25 of that to charity. Sounds nice, doesn't it? The only problem with that is the fact that the accounts used to be 150. They raised the price 25 dollars and then will give that to charity. If you want to do something nice, keep the price the same, AND donate the 25.

Oh well, off to work I go.

I'm feeling my way around this site, and starting to make it my own. I even put up a new header! :D Go me.

It feels like Friday or something and it's only Wednesday. Man this has been a loooong week. I can't wait for it to be over.

I'm so sleepy right now. I would love to just crawl into bed and not wake up until next week, but alas, we all know that can never happen. But seriously if it could...

I should be something worth while with myself, but I just have no desire to do anything right now. I wish my boyfriend were here so we could just cuddle. I miss him during the day and love it when he gets home from work/school.

Speaking of him going to school. He graduates this May and I have no idea what to get him. I want it to be something that shows how proud I am that he finished and is going to be working as a tech. I'll have to think about that one for a while.

My birthday is in two weeks. I really don't want it to come, because yeah, I'm at the age where I don't want any more of those stupid things. *sigh* They're going to keep coming anyways.

Okay, my mind is shutting down. I'm going to do something to try and keep myself awake. I just have to figure out what I'm going to do.

I'm glad that I bought a membership, seeing as I don't know if I'm going to keep my LJ after my time runs out there. They have just been pulling a lot of crap lately and I don't know how much more I can put up with.

I do like the perks of this site. For the permanent account that I got right before they stopped selling them, I get 300 user pics compared to LJ's 113(that's with the loyalty user pics included) and I can't even fathom buying a permanent account there being it's 150 dollars. That's outrageous. I know that they can bring their prices down.

Another thing....the rename token here is 5 dollars, not a big deal. Over at LJ they are 15 dollars. I want to change my name over there, but I can't see myself spending 15 dollars to do so. It's crazy!

More time will be spend over here. I am still learning and all that fun stuff.

Oh, and I'm hungry.

I've decided to start here again. Not that I posted a whole lot before. But with the permently insane accounts coming to a close, I couldn't help but get one. Even when they do bring them back, they can't be as high as LJs. I mean, 150 bucks for a life long account? I don't think so.

Any way, I'm at work and I better get back at it. Laters.

 

Interesting info about paid accounts. Only 40 bucks for a permanent account? LJ needs to take a look at that. :P
